Estonia

We build our own digital products, and we build software for clients.

Eben EIO Global is an Estonian company doing two related things: software we own and operate ourselves, and websites, web applications and integrations delivered for external clients under written agreements.

What we do

Our own products

We build and operate our own digital products. We own them, run them, and carry the cost of keeping them working.

Client work

Websites, web applications, integrations, and the discovery and architecture that comes before them.

The two feed each other. Running our own software teaches us what breaks after launch, which is the part of a project that is easiest to underestimate. Client work pays for the products while they are young.

What we do for clients

Work runs under a written proposal that states the scope, the timeline, the acceptance criteria and the payment terms before anything starts.

  • Website design and development

Marketing sites, corporate sites and content-managed sites, designed and built to a written scope with defined acceptance criteria.

  • Web application development and integrations

Applications with real users and real data, and the integration work that connects them to the systems you already run.

  • Technical discovery, architecture and implementation

A short, paid phase that turns an unclear problem into a scope, an architecture and a cost you can decide on.

  • Ongoing maintenance and support

Contracted upkeep for sites and applications we built, and sometimes for ones we did not — dependency updates, monitoring, fixes and small improvements.

How we work

Every engagement runs on a written proposal. It states what we are delivering, when, what counts as finished, and what it costs. If we cannot write that down, the project is not ready to start, and we will say so.

  1. Scope in writing

A proposal with deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria and payment terms, agreed before work begins.

  2. Change control on paper

When something changes we write down what it costs and what it moves. You decide. Nothing is absorbed quietly, and nothing appears on an invoice you have not seen coming.

  3. Your responsibilities too

Content, approvals and access, with dates. Most delays are not technical.

  4. Handover that works

Documentation, and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it. If you cannot change a page without us, we have not finished.

Tell us what you are trying to build and what is in the way. If discovery is the honest first step, we will say that rather than quoting a build we cannot scope yet.
