About Eben EIO Global

A single Estonian company with two lines of work: digital products it owns and operates, and software built for external clients under written agreements.

What the company is

Eben EIO Global OÜ is anosaühing — an Estonian private limited company. It is one legal entity. There are no subsidiaries, no holding structure and no group of companies: the same company owns the products, signs the client contracts and sends the invoices.

We say that explicitly because corporate language often implies more structure than exists. Our registration details are published on thecorporate information page so anyone verifying us — a bank, a registrar, a prospective client's procurement team — can check rather than take our word for it.

How big we are

Small. We are not going to dress that up with "our team" and a photograph of an office we do not have.

What that means in practice, stated plainly so you can decide whether it suits you:

  • You deal with the people doing the work. There is no account manager relaying messages.
  • We take on a small number of projects at a time. If we are full, we will tell you when we are not, rather than starting late and running behind.
  • For specialist work or extra capacity we use subcontractors, and we stay responsible for delivery. We will tell you when a substantial part of your project is being done by someone else.
  • If a project needs more people than we can responsibly put on it, the honest answer is that we are the wrong firm, and we will say so.

How we work

Everything runs on a written proposal: scope, timeline, acceptance criteria, payment terms. Changes go through a documented route rather than a conversation. Your responsibilities — content, approvals, access — are written down with dates alongside ours.

Where a quality target can be measured, we put the number in the proposal and measure it on handover rather than asserting it. This site is built to the same standard: the accessibility target, the performance budget and the contrast ratios are all written down, checked automatically, and reported in ouraccessibility statement including where we fall short.

The longer version is on the services page.

Why both products and client work

Client work and our own products are not separate businesses that happen to share an office. Operating software we own means we live with the decisions we make: the dependency that needed updating, the integration that broke when a third party changed, the thing that was fine at launch and not fine six months later. That is the part of a project that is easiest to underestimate when you hand it over and walk away.

Client work, in turn, pays for the products while they are young, which means we can be honest about what stage they are at instead of announcing them early. Every product in ourportfolio carries its real status, including the ones that are still only a concept.

Who is behind it

We have not published founder details or a company history yet. Rather than fill the gap with something generic, we have left it out: you can ask us directly and we will answer.

Email hello@ebeneio.com or use the contact page.

What we are not claiming

A short list, because the absence of these is deliberate rather than an oversight:

  • No client logos and no case studies. Not until we have permission in writing and something real to show.
  • No testimonials. Same reason.
  • No numbers about ourselves — no projects delivered, no years of combined experience, no satisfaction percentage. Those are easy to write and impossible to check.
  • No awards or certifications we do not hold.

When any of that changes, it will appear here with enough detail to verify it.
