What you would be joining
Eben EIO Global is a small Estonian company doing two things: we build and operate our own digital products, and we build websites and software for clients under written agreements. The about page is honest about the scale — it is not large, and we are not going to pretend otherwise in a job ad.
We are not hiring at the moment. Rather than keep a page of imaginary roles open to look busy, we would rather say that plainly.
When we do post a role
Every posting here will carry, before you apply:
- The salary range. A real one, with a currency and a period. Not "competitive", and not "depending on experience".
- Which product or team owns the role, so you know what you would actually work on.
- The process — every stage, and roughly how long each takes.
We will not ask what you earn now, or what you earned before, at any point.
We are not collecting speculative applications
There is no talent network, no "register your interest" form and no CV upload. We would have to hold your personal data without being able to promise anyone would act on it, and we are not going to do that.
Check back, or follow whatever channel we announce on when there is one.
How we handle applicant data
If you apply, we process your personal data to assess your application. Who controls it, on what lawful basis, how long we keep it and what rights you have are set out in the recruitment section of our privacy notice.
Our role addresses are pending a domain decision. The careers route on the contact page reaches the same place in the meantime.
